These terms apply to purchases made via www.theruvabrand.com.

Orders & Payment

• Prices are in EUR and include VAT.
• Accepted payments: cards, PayPal, and other digital methods.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to most countries. Shipping options and availability will be confirmed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on production and destination. Estimated timelines will be communicated during or after checkout.
• Tracking will be provided when available.

Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
• Email [email protected] to start a return.
• Return costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after returned item is received.

Faulty Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photo evidence) for items that are damaged or incorrect.

Governing Law

All sales are governed by Portuguese law. Legal matters will be resolved in Lisbon.
